The Spanish Football Team became a legend after winning the three most important titles in a row. However, their most difficult challenge was the Brazil World Cup: defending their title as World Champion. That is why, through this integrated campaign, Cruzcampo asked Spanish people for something just as difficult as the Spaniards’ team task: that they lend their fans’ hearts to the team so they can take it with them to Brazil in order to cheer them up during the games. In exchange, if Spain wins, the team promised to return back that same heart with one more star on it (to all of those who participated); and if they lose, the players would return their “broken hearts” to their fans. This campaign was a great success contrasting with the Spaniard’s championship final results.
